Banana Cream Cheesecake

You all know how much I love cheesecakes, it’s best dessert I can imagine myself having! That’s why I’m always creative when it comes to cheesecakes! I always try to bring new ideas and flavors! Check out this banana cream cheesecake, you will love it.

You’ll Need:

20 nilla wafers.
¼ cup of melted butter.
24 oz of softened cream cheese.
2/4 cup of sugar.
2 tbsps of cornstarch.
3 eggs.
¾ cup of mashed bananas;
2 tsps of vanilla extract.

How to:

Crush the wafers in a food processor, add in melted butter and blend to combine.
Remove to a 10” pan and press down the bottom. Refrigerate.
Using an electric mixer at medium speed, beat the cream cheese and mix in sugar and cornstarch until well combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, bananas, whipping cream and vanilla.
Pour the mixture over the crust and bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 15 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 200° and bake for 75 more minutes.
Let the cake cool before removing from the pan.
Place the cheesecake uncovered in the refrigerator for 6 hours or more.

Easy, peasy and cheesy! Bananas add a wonderful flavor to this out of the ordinary cheesecake. My kids loved so much even tho they are sick of eating cheesecake around the house! GIve it a shot, you won’t regret it.
