½ cup of butter or margarine.
2 cups of sugar.
½ cup of milk.
4 tbsps of cocoa.
½ cup of creamy peanut butter.
2 tsps of vanilla.
3 – 3 ½ cups of dry quick-cooking oats.
In 4 quart sauce pan put the cookies, butter, sugar and milk and bring to a boil while stirring for 30 to 40 seconds. Turn off the heat.
Stir in the peanut butter to melt, add the vanilla and mix in the oats.
Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper and let cool.
Easy, peasy and yummy! I always make these on extra and store them in an airtight container for a week or so. My husbands loves them so much!
