I don’t know about you, but I love pancakes for breakfast and so does my family! This is my best pancakes recipe, I hope you enjoy it.
1 ½ cups of all purpose flour.
1 ⅓ cups of buttermilk.
1 tbsp of sugar.
2 tsps of baking powder.
¼ tsp of baking soda.
¼ tsp of salt.
2 beaten eggs.
1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
Add in the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla extract and mix together until well combined.
On a lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet, pour about ¼ cup of batter and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until the pancake goes golden brown.
Continue with the rest of the dough.
It’s best served warm.
Simple, easy and yummy! These pancakes are awesome, but please don’t ever use wheat flour to make them, it will be a disaster.
