3 cups of brown sugar.
1 tbsp of flour.
½ tsp of salt.
½ cup of melted margarine.
3 well beaten eggs.
1 tsp of vanilla.
1 cup of milk.
2 regular 9 inch pie crusts or 1 deep-dish pie crust.
First, make the pie crusts according to the package directions or you can make your own recipe.
Mix together the brown sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the melted margarine, eggs, vanilla and milk until well combined.
Mix the egg mixture with the sugar mixture until well combined using a handheld mixer.
Pour the mixture into the pie crusts.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30 minutes if you use regular crusts, if you use deep dish pie crust bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
Simple, easy and sweet! I cool this sugar pie in the fridge before slicing and serving it. Don’t consume this a lot, it’s so sweet!
