Chicken Bacon Alfredo

The chicken and bacon combination is always good, but this chicken bacon Alfredo is the best! So much flavors in one dish! Check it out.

You’ll Need:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
1 cup of olive oil.
1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs.
3 tbsp. of mayonnaise.
1 cup of shredded Colby or Jack Cheese.
1 tbsp. of Parmesan.
1 tbsp. of chopped fresh parsley.
6 slices of bacon.
1 cup of Alfredo sauce.
Salt and pepper for taste.

How to:

Start with frying or microwaving the bacon until crispy and set aside.
In a 10’’ skillet, heat the olive oil. Coat the chicken breasts with bread crumbs and fry in the olive oil over medium/high heat.
Mix together the parsley, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of the Colby cheese and crumbled bacon. If you think it’s too thick feel free to add more mayonnaise.
Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and add the mixture from the bowl on top.
Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese over the top and drizzle Alfredo sauce and the remaining shredded cheese over the top.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
in a preheated oven to 375 degrees, bake the chicken for 30 to 35 minutes.
