Do Nothing Cake

Sometimes we’re just too tired to cook and yet we need to make some dessert. This cake is super easy and delicious, it will definitely do the trick. Check out how it’s made.

You’ll Need (for the cake):

2 cups of sugar.
2 cups of flour.
2 eggs.
1 tsp of baking soda.
1 tsp of vanilla.
16 ounces of undrained crushed pineapple.

You’ll Need (for the icing):

½ cup of butter.
1 cup of sugar.
¾ cup of evaporated milk.
1 cup of coconut.
1 tsp of vanilla.

How to:

In a bowl, mix together the cake ingredients until well combined.

Pour the batter in a greased 13×9 cake pan and bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

To prepare the icing, mix the butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until a little tick.

Remove from the heat and stir the coconut and vanilla.

Once the cake is cooled, pour the icing over it and let cool before serving!
