The Best Broccoli Salad


Broccoli is super rich and good for the health. and (because I’m a good mother!) I always try to prepare good salads that my kids can’t say no to! This is one of them.

You’ll Need (for the salad):

8 cups of chopped broccoli florets.
1 cup of raisins.
8 slices of bacon (fried crisp, drained and crumbled).
1/2 cup of red decided onion.
1/2 cup of dry roasted sunflower seeds.
1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans.

You’ll Need (for the dressing):

1 cup of mayonnaise.
1/2 cup of sugar.
2 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar.

How to:

In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli, raisins, bacon, onion and sunflower seeds.
Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a small container and toss into the salad to coat.
Cover the salad and refrigerate it for 1 hour or so.

Simple, easy and yummy! This is simply the best broccoli salad I’ve ever made or tasted! Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll love it!
